I’m excited to talk to you about Nexium.
It’s an inexpensive acid that I used to buy to treat heartburn, ulcers, and acid reflux. It’s available by prescription only and I thought it would be great to share with you the results of my research that I have learned through my Nexium experience.

I don’t want to make the mistake of saying, “I didn’t take it.” That’s a mistake.
I know the science is a bit complicated with Nexium, but it’s been a lifesaver for me.
The study I’m following involves people who use it daily for 14 days.
I was told that the study was very short and that I wasn’t going to get an answer.
The reason for the study is because I wanted to show that taking a low dose of the acid-blocking medicine, Nexium, can actually help many people who use it with their heartburn and acid reflux symptoms.
If you’re taking it for the first time and you feel great after you have taken it for 14 days, you’ll probably get a lot of relief, which is why it’s called an over-the-counter-acid-blocking medication.
However, there are some side effects you need to be aware of and let your doctor know about before taking it.

Headache: This is a common side effect of Nexium, and you may have a headache if you take it. It can also be a stomach disorder if you take it at the same time. It can make your head feel bad.
Heartburn: There are many ways to treat the heartburn, but it’s generally caused by an imbalance of acid in the stomach or esophagus. Taking it too often can be a side effect.
Nausea: You may have nausea if you take it, which is why it’s called an over-the-counter antacid. It’s also a stomach disorder if you take it at the same time. It can make your nausea worse.
Nexium 24HR has been shown to cause some mild side effects. Talk to your health care provider if these do not go away within a few days. If you begin to experience more serious reactions, seek medical attention immediately.
Before taking Nexium 24HR, let your doctor know if you have any of the following severe or rare side effects: severe allergic reactions such as rash, swelling, difficulty breathing, or hives. If you experience any side effects that concern your health, contact your doctor immediately.
The most common side effects of Nexium 24HR are stomach pain, bloating, nausea, flatulence (gas), diarrhea, constipation, constipation with or without stomach cramps, flatus, loss of appetite, nausea, or metallic taste in the mouth. Your health care provider will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine.
Liver problems.Nexium 24HR can cause a severe liver problem. Your doctor will do lab tests at regular visits to check on the effects of this medicine and monitor you for any signs of damage to the liver. You should tell your health care provider if you have any of the following symptoms of a severe liver problem: dark urine, feeling sick, dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, nausea, abdominal pain, feeling very tired, dark urine, feeling sick, yellowing of the skin or eyes, fever, itching, weakness, slow or shallow breathing, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, pale skin, or a sensation of a slight itching or burning.

Mechanism of Action:Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that decreases the amount of acid made by the stomach in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
